About Turkey Trot Clark County |
Welcome to the official site of the Clark County Turkey Trot, a family-friendly Thanksgiving morning race that benefits the community's
Principal's Checkbook! |
Runners and walkers are allowed to trot at their own pace and distance; and, even in the early years, were encouraged to bring their dogs. You can pre-register for the race here:
Race Sign-up. |
Daring runners participate in the Polar Bear Swim, a strictly optional after-race dip into the frigid waters of
Klineline Pond. |
A piñata has become a permanent fixture for the Turkey Trot to keep children occupied while those filled with bravado take a dip in Klineline Pond. |

We are constantly looking for partners and sponsors who have the same ideals and goals as we do. In the past pre-and-post race donuts, fruit, coffee, and hot chocolate have been donated to help keep participants nourished and energized. Get in touch with us if you would like to become a
partner. |
